Born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in New York City, she completed an MA in Art History at Northwestern. While working with Kramer Design Group, she worked on premium branding for beauty, fashion and jewellery brands such as Barneys New York, Movado and Lancôme, playing a key role in Steve Wynn's retail concept stores.
She is also active in the art world, most recently as executive co-producer of the documentary Moon is the Oldest TV by Korean artist Nam Jun Paik, shown at Sundance 2023, V&A London, and the MET New York.

Emilian is an Award Winning Designer and Creative Director, with more than 20 years of experience in design and innovation, with top global brands including Pepsi, 7UP, Doritos, and Quaker, and experience across industries from ergonomic furniture to medical and consumer goods with Humanscale and FactorsNY.
Originally from Cluj-Napoca, he completed a Masters in Strategic Design in Helsinki, Finland. After moving to New York City on a Fulbright program at Pratt Institute, he spent 15 years building design teams within organisations, growing organisational value multifold.
As Executive Design Director at PepsiCo in New York and London, Emil completed an Executive MBA at Imperial Business School with a focus on circular economy and sustainability.
